By Subway
From Central Harlem, take the B or C train southbound from 125th St to Cathedral Parkway – 110 St Station. Walk west on 110th Street and one block south on Columbus Avenue to our office. From East Harlem, take the 6 train to 116th St, transfer to the B or C at 125th St, and ride one stop south. Total travel time from most Harlem locations is 5 to 10 minutes by subway.
By Bus
The M7 bus runs along Columbus Avenue and stops directly in front of our office at W 109th Street. From Frederick Douglass Boulevard, the M10 bus runs south along Central Park West and stops at 110th Street, a short walk to our office. The M116 crosstown bus connects East Harlem to our area along 116th Street.
By Car
From Central Harlem, head south on Frederick Douglass Boulevard or Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard to 110th Street, then west to Columbus Avenue. Street parking is available on Columbus Avenue and surrounding blocks, and public garages are nearby on Amsterdam Avenue and West 110th Street.
